2 UNIT TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM
New community style living above the BT Foundation offices.
Our Two-Unit Transitional Housing program offers a smaller-scale, community-focused living environment designed to support women and their children as they work toward stability and independence.
The space features two private family bedrooms, providing each resident with their own personal space while encouraging connection and mutual support through shared common areas. Guests have access to a shared kitchen, dining area, living room, and two bathrooms.
This unique housing model allows The Broom Tree Foundation to provide safe, affordable housing for up to two women and their children at a time. By combining privacy with community living, guests can build healthy relationships, access support services, and develop the skills and confidence needed to transition into long-term housing.
This project is currently in the construction phase, it is our goal to be ready for guests in the Fall 2026.

The Broom Tree Foundation currently has three Nests available for emergency housing, with two transitional housing units under construction. Even so, the need for attainable housing in our community remains immense. We are currently in the fundraising phase of an exciting 12-unit housing complex that will provide safe, stable, and supportive housing for individuals seeking connection, independence, and opportunity. This community-based development is designed to foster a sense of belonging while helping residents build a strong foundation for the future.
